New Reserve Bank rules zero in on residential investment

The Reserve Bank is looking at rules that will require banks to hold different amounts of capital for residential mortgage loans from those for business loans.
The Reserve Bank aims to bring in the new rules in December, which may affect thousands of investors depending on their borrowing
