Nick Vujcich and Tobias Oschwald join senior leadership team at digital experience business.
Kiwi-owned digital experience business Silverstripe has announced the appointment of two new executives to its senior leadership team as the company continues to grow.
Nick Vujcich has joined as chief digital officer and Tobias Oschwald has joined as chief operating officer. They join current leadership team members Dominique Rennell (chief customer officer) and Pete Lister (chief solutions officer).
Wayne Yarr, who became Silverstripe’s chief executive in March, said: “Silverstripe has great people, capabilities, and intellectual property …

As CDO, Vujcich will be responsible for Silverstripe’s management, value creation, and growth of its digital platform and products. He said: “There are so many different opportunities at Silverstripe to keep people at the focus of the digital transformation happening in New Zealand. It’s exciting to come on board … where there is so much potential for expansion and exploration in the digital space.”
Oschwald’s COO role will see him handling business and financial. With his decade of experience in the IT sector at companies such as NTT and Dimension Data, driving growth through operational excellence, business intelligence, and business development, he said he was looking forward to bringing operational success to Silverstripe.
“Silverstripe has a unique selling point in offering an end-to-end digital experience ... I know I can help [it] transform, improve, and grow.”
Both Vujcich and Oschwald began their roles at Silverstripe on July 5.
