NZ and Chinese developers buy stressed Rolleston subdivision

Buyers found with deep pockets.

The stalled 888-house subdivision at Rolleston near Christchurch has been sold to New Zealand and Chinese property developers.

Aucklander William Guo and Yuehua Tan from Guangzhou, China have bought the subdivision through Long Vision Property Development for more than $13 million.
