Funding boost for southern helicopter rescue service

The Central Lakes Trust’s grant of $200,000 was the largest in its history.

The Lakes District Air Rescue Trust (LDART) received $200,000 from the Central Lakes Trust (CLT) for an air rescue training programme. This is to ensure mandatory training requirements are met at the Queenstown base.
