Paragliding sting leads to fine
Official posing as customer reveals unlicensed operation.
A 32-year-old Czech national, Jan Necas, residing in this country since 2016 on a temporary visa, was convicted in the Queenstown District Court on September 27 of operating a paraglider for hire or reward without having a current adventure aviation certificate.
