Salus Aviation to buy Airwork’s helicopter business

The deal is conditional on due diligence but could be competed by the end of this month.

Salus Aviation Group has entered into a conditional agreement with Airwork Holdings to purchase the assets of its helicopter business, which is run from Ardmore Airport in Auckland.

The purchase will include all Airwork Helicopters operating divisions – aircraft leasing, aircraft sales, helicopter
