Lawyer Brian Henry will quit representing bankrupt businessman Colin Henderson in a case against former MP Brendan Horan.

Mr Henry, who has in the past represented NZ First leader Winston Peters, confirmed to NBR ONLINE he plans to withdraw from the defamation case at a High Court hearing this
