Business consultancy Optimation has appointed Craig Reid general manager consulting and Sophia Hobman national test practice manager.
Business consultancy Optimation has appointed Craig Reid general manager consulting and Sophia Hobman national test practice manager.
Mr Reid has more than 20 years’ experience in business and IT leadership in New Zealand, Australia and Asia, and he has previously built large consulting teams for Deloitte and PWC.
He specialises in delivering transformational change programs to improve business performance. Most recently, his work has centred on digital change, customer centricity and on applying disruptive technology and innovation to create new business models.
Ms Hobman has an extensive background in test leadership. Over the past 15 years, she has led successful test teams at companies including Cap Gemini NZ, HP NZ, and Unisys (global outsourcing).
Ms Hobman has worked in vendor and client-side roles across sectors including finance, government, telecommunications, health and transport.
