Pakuranga restaurant defaults, must hand back possession

A Pakuranga commercial landlord has been granted an order in possession after the restaurant tenant failed to pay rent.

Pakuranga Retail Investments, associated with Brian Isherwood, owns two shops and the courtyard at 190 Fisher Parade, Pakuranga, Auckland.
