The Court of Appeal has struck out Michael Hill International’s “inconsistency challenge” in its long-running tax dispute with the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
Michael Hill’s tax issues relate to financing arrangements it had between New Zealand and Australia from 2009 to 2013 when it claimed
