Committee told open data legislation needs more guidance
Critics say they understand need for flexibility but too many details being left to regulations.
The Government has already begun consulting on regulations around open banking.
There appears to be overwhelming support for new data sharing legislation but, on the first day of parliamentary hearings, submitters also suggested significant changes needed to be made.
