The Green Party’s proposal to tax and spend billions more

The Green Party’s alternative Budget, which it released today, includes a wealth tax to help pay for free GP visits, free early childhood education and free dental care.

It is a marked contrast to the more constrained Budget that Finance Minister Nicola Willis will deliver next week.
