Three Waters reform to go through largely unchanged
National said most submitters opposed the bill but the Government was not listening.
The Water Entities Services Bill has been reported back to Parliament largely unchanged.
The parliamentary select committee considering the Water Entities Services Bill has recommended changes to it, but not substantial enough to meet the concerns of those opposed to the Three Waters reform process.
