What the Government needs to do to fix entrenchment row
Best option is for Government to remove entrenchment clause before Water Services Entities Bill becomes law.
A late amendment to the Three Waters legislation is causing concern.
Even though the Green Party successfully managed to get an entrenchment clause in the Water Services Entities Bill to guard against privatisation, the Bill itself can still be repealed by a new government.
