English-themed Cock and Bull pubs have been sold to the owners of Irish bars Danny Doolans and O'Hagans.

Danny Doolans and O'Hagans fall under the Nourish Group umbrella, which also houses Wellington's Greenroom and Shed 5, and Auckland's Jervois Steak House.
