Postie Plus [NZX: PPG], the listed retail chain which has tumbled into administration, owes money to 250 creditors, a High Court decision reveals.

There’s also the suggestion a potential foreign buyer, thought to be South African equity house Pepkor, might assume some of the creditors’ debts
