Forest managers PF Olsen and Forest360 to merge
Private equity firm Adamantem Capital to invest in merged entity.
The combined company will manage about 480,000ha of forest.
Forest management companies PF Olsen and Forest360 are to merge in a deal bringing on investment from Australian private equity firm Adamantem Capital.
In a joint statement, the companies said their combined businesses would manage about 480,000ha forest and support more than 1000 clients.
