The NBR Lister Cushing family will pay shareholders of farm investment company Rural Equities another 50 cents a share to take over the business, following a challenge by a group of small shareholders.
H&G Ltd, the Cushing family’s investment vehicle, offered $6.65 a share in December for the 14%
