Sales and profit up for egg producer Indus
No sale deal so far after Luminis Partners hired as adviser for subsidiary Mainland Poultry.
Indus Valley subsidiaries produce eggs for sale under the Farmer Brown and Woodland brands.
Egg producer Indus Valley, whose brands include Farmer Brown and Woodland, has reported a net profit of $23.5 million for the year to March, up from $1.4m a year earlier.
Revenue was up 14% to $258.3m.
During the year, the company completed the sale and leaseback to Australian real estate investor RF
