WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff Director for Resources and Infrastructure Advisory, Glenn Thornton, said Mr Winn will lead the company’s economic modelling capability.
‘With his extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, Ray will work closely with each of our market sectors to deliver value-added services to our clients.
‘Ray has spent almost 30 years developing and applying his core skills as an economist across the public and private sectors in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
‘He joins us after 10 years with the Victorian Auditor-General office, where he led teams reviewing the efficiency of government projects.
‘With a strong background in transport economics, Ray has invaluable experience in strategy and business case development, which is very useful for our clients,’ said Mr Thornton.
Ray will be based in Melbourne.
