Carden Mulholland ordered to pay costs of $6300 after pleading guilty to ethics breach.
Former CBL chief financial officer Carden Mulholland has been censured by the Institute of Chartered Accountants for breaching its code of ethics.
The ruling follows the High Court’s decision a year ago that Mulholland breached continuous disclosure obligations under the Financial Markets Conduct
