Court rejects appeal on Arrowtown subdivision

Developer failed to show Environment Court had erred in law, says judge.

Queenstown property developer John Guthrie has lost a High Court appeal over a proposed subdivision on the outskirts of Arrowtown.

The appeal by Guthrie, Arrowtown realtor Richard Newman, and associated trusts followed rejection of resource consent for the planned subdivision by Queenstown Lakes
