Failed developer’s key project sold

A half-finished west Auckland development owned by collapsed property group Treasure Plus has found a new owner and is set to be completed.

The 82-unit Dawn Park project in Te Atatū South was sold just before Christmas, receiver Neale Jackson of Calibre Partners confirmed.
