NZX-listed Vital Healthcare Property Trust is raising $150 million, largely through a placement, to fund development and a potential $95m acquisition.
The trust will raise $125m of the capital through a placement underwritten by Forsyth Barr and Goldman Sachs New Zealand and $25m through a unit
