Re-Leased Software welcomes Sam Caulton as finance director

London-based Kiwi Sam Caulton has been appointed finance director at Re-Leased Software, a cloud-based commercial property management platform. A former senior analyst in KPMG Auckland’s corporate finance team and member of Caanz, he brings broad international experience in commercial property, high growth technology/SaaS, and corporate finance to his new role.
Mr Caulton joins Re-Leased from Topia Limited, a venture-backed, cloud based, workforce mobility management platform headquartered in San Francisco, where he was the director of financial planning and analysis. His corporate finance, M&A and property experience includes the senior analyst role with KPMG and a position as head of investment analysis and management information at Great Portland Estates, a FTSE-listed +£3 billion commercial property company, based in London.
