The Intellectual Property Office denies 'charging bull' trade mark.

Korean company Bullsone has failed in its attempt to obtain a trade mark for its line of automotive products in New Zealand.

Energy drink manufacturer Red Bull opposed the trademark attempt due to the resemblance of the company’s logo.
