The three directors behind failed Pauanui Lakes Resort have been banned from managing companies for five years.The luxury resort had a golf course, 75 terraced apartments, 33 villas, two sites for hotels and 30 sections earmarked for future building.

The luxury resort had a golf course, 75 terraced apartments, 33 villas, two sites for hotels and 30 sections earmarked for future building.

It collapsed in 2009 with debts in excess of $34
