Leveraged buyout king Graeme Hart turned 70 in June, two months after completing the sale of US-listed Pactiv Evergreen, one of three packaging groups in his portfolio.  

The transaction realised US$2.48 billion ($4.16b) for Hart, who owned 76.96% of Pactiv through a subsidiary of his New Zealand
