Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced the appointment of Richard Parker as vice president, financial services, for Asia Pacific. The region represented 13 percent of the company’s global revenue in Q2 2016.

Richard has more than 20 years’ experience in sales leadership, operational management and client relationships within the financial services sector. Most recently he was director, financial services at Wipro Technologies and prior to that held various roles at IBM.

“Our industry focus is core to our business strategy, and we are very excited for Richard to join the Unisys team and bring his extensive experience supporting financial services organisations,” said Tony Windever, vice president and general manager, Unisys Asia Pacific.
