Rob Moodie accuses judge of bad faith ageism bias

Colourful kaftan-wearing lawyer Rob Moodie claims an Employment Court judge was biased after ruling in favour of a former employee.

The lawyer and former police officer, now in his 70s, wants the Court of Appeal to review a June Employment Court decision which went against him.
