Ruling won’t scupper suit against GSCB – Dotcom’s lawyer

Today’s Court of Appeal ruling on search warrants doesn’t necessarily affect Kim Dotcom's case against the Police and the GSCB, his lawyer says.

Earlier Justices Ellen France, Tony Randerson and Douglas White granted the Crown's appeal against an order declaring the warrants invalid.
