Auckland-based Russell Property Group has bought a Christchurch hotel developed by bankrupt Dave Henderson.
Christchurch hoteliers currently enjoy average room rates of almost $160 – 15% higher than Auckland and Wellington due to a shortage of accommodation after the 2011
