Sales commission claim against Spark’s Revera fails

Consultant wanted commission on the sale of Spark to Revera.

A High Court judge has thrown out a claim against Spark-owned Revera by a consultant who says he missed out on $3.6 million in commission.

In 2013 Spark [NZX:SPK] bought Revera, a data centre company, previously known as Rock Group.
