Sarah Sparks successfully appeals but ball in bank’s court

Public relations executive Sarah Sparks has successfully appealed a High Court decision that allowed BNZ to sell properties she is fighting her ex-husband and former NBR Rich Lister Greg Olliver over.

However, the bank could easily regain the upper hand, a Court of Appeal judgment says.
