The company said last week that it has so far seen a minimal impact on its crop supply from the Psa bacteria outbreak. At that time only three Satara orchards that have had a positive test for Psa.
"The potential impact on Satara's 2011 crop supply is difficult to predict but is not considered significant at this point. This view may change as more information becomes available over the coming weeks and the industry's management plan develops," the company said on November 25.
