School ordered to pay for worker’s hurt feelings

Bay of Plenty Polytechnic has been ordered to pay up for dismissing a youth worker who allegedly swore at students and sent inappropriate text messages during a fishing trip, according to a recently released decision by the Employment Relations Authority.
