Senior Property Manager joins JLL Christchurch
Reflecting the growth of JLL's Christchurch team, Jonathan Barrell has been appointed as Christchurch's newest Senior Property Manager.

Jonathan has over 8 years’ experience working in the Christchurch property sector and over this time has built an extensive knowledge of the market. Jonathan was previously employed at Harcourt’s property management for 5 years looking after his clients’ investments on a day to day basis. Recently he was employed by a private investor in Christchurch where he gained invaluable insight into section sales, subdivision development, facilities maintenance and project management, along with furthering his experience with property management.
Jonathan has obtained a Bachelor of Business Innovation and Enterprise, along with a Marketing Diploma from Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology.
