A planning appeal involving rival supermarket sites near Queenstown airport should be heard in the High Court, the Court of Appeal has ruled.
The case involves a long-running stoush between Foodstuffs South Island, Shotover Park, and Remarkables Park - which wants to build a Foodstuff
