Snowball Effect has recently appointed former Bell Gully lawyer and entrepreneur Cowan Finch as Head of Private Capital to work alongside companies seeking capital from wholesale investors.
Mr Finch has recently returned to New Zealand from time at a boutique capital raising and commercial advisory firm in Australia and, prior to that, establishing an Indonesian-based business focused on financing energy efficiency projects in the region.
Snowball Effect CEO Simeon Burnett says that since launching in August 2014, they have witnessed increasing demand from both companies and investors for Snowball Effect to be offering more than just a public capital raising service.
“Mr Finch will be focused on both supporting private companies in becoming investment ready, and providing a range of capital raising options for them, as well as growing our relationship with investors who are seeking to be actively involved in growth businesses.”
