Some of Barry Hart's debt-ridden property sold

Real estate agent Bayleys has confirmed some of crime barrister Barry Hart's heavily mortgaged Waimauku rural property have been sold.

Mr Hart owes ANZ National Bank some $30 million, with the debt accruing interest at $200,000 a month.

The 952ha property, which is under mortgagee sale
