South Canterbury trial braces for delays
The five South Canterbury Finance figures charged with fraud exceeding $1.7 billion are scheduled to appear in the Timaru District Court on Monday.
The appearance is unlikely to be noteworthy, however, as prosecutors are expected to seek a three-month adjournment of proceedings.
