South Canterbury has won a bid to keep a caveat on a Parnell apartment, but allegations it acted fraudulently in loan documents will be heard in court next year.
The caveat is based on a loan to York Trustees by Waikato Finance, under South Canterbury’s umbrella, in April 2006.
