Spark defeats NBR Rich Lister’s claim over misleading the regulator

Blue Reach had claimed Spark breached the Fair Trading Act by misleading the regulator.

A claim brought by NBR Rich Lister Malcolm Dick’s Blue Reach Services that accused Spark of misleading the regulator has fallen at the first hurdle.

CallPlus co-founder Mr Dick’s firm alleged Spark misled the Commerce Commission when it sought clearance for management rights to 70MHz of radio
