Sparks fly in latest court tax case

Disgraced Australian ex-tax official Nick Petroulias was back in New Zealand court today fighting the New Zealand taxman.

In tense exchanges with the Inland Revenue’s lawyer, Pauline Courtney, Mr Petroulias took issue with the word “fraud” being used to describe his activities.
