Spending rebound boosts Foodstuffs SI revenue

A strong consumer spending rebound in the second half pushed Foodstuffs South Island’s annual revenue up 2%, or $50 million, to $2.48 billion in the year to February 28.

Net profit of $15.6 million was 36% down from last year’s $24.32 million, the accounts show.
