Stewarts quit Ebos ahead of capital raising

Mark Stewart sold out of Ebos because he doesn't want to take part in future capital raising.

He sold the 10% held by family company, Masthead, for $37 million, or about $7 a share, after buying in five years ago at around $5 a share.
