ASB appoints executive general manager

Dallas-based expatriate comes home.

ASB Bank has appointed Lohit Kalburgi to the bank’s executive leadership team as executive general manager, corporate strategy and customer experience.

Mr Kalburgi was previously based in Dallas in the US, as managing director, global head of customer experience with BBVA, a global financial services group.

Mr Kalburgi has developed an extensive knowledge base about customer-centric digital transformation, holding roles in British Telecom, Barclays and Vodafone.
