The NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal has fined NZX-listed Blackwell Global Holdings (BGI) $40,000 over an annual results error followed by a sharp trading increase and a director sell-off.
Blackwell was formerly a finance company, but has subsequently wound down its operations and is now a shell
