The price Mexican company Finaccess Capital has offered to Restaurant Brands’ shareholders is more than an independent adviser has valued the shares at.
On November 26, Restaurant Brands signed a pre-bid agreement for Finaccess, through its subsidiary Global Valar, to make a partial takeover
