Humm sells for $360m in trans-Tasman BNPL deal

Announcement confirms deal proposed in early January.

ASX-listed buy-now-pay-later and credit card provider Humm Group has entered a binding agreement to sell its consumer business to consumer loan specialist Latitude Financial for A$335 million ($360m).

The deal confirms a non-binding proposal announced on January 6.
